Yes — all installations require a home survey at some stage. If you start with our Door Selector, we’ll carry out the survey before confirming your final quote. If you choose Survey First, we start with a home visit and discuss options in person. For Fitting Only, we confirm a price from your details and then arrange a survey if needed.

We measure your existing frames, check hinge positions, assess trimming requirements and talk through door and handle options. Surveys are free and usually take 10–20 minutes depending on how many doors you have.
Yes. Choose Fitting Only and we’ll price the job based on the details you provide. Please ensure the doors and hardware are on site before fitting. Any sealing or finishing is the responsibility of you or your supplier.
Most internal doors can be trimmed to fit your frames. For doors we supply, we re-seal all cut edges to manufacturer standards. For customer-supplied doors, trimming is fine, but sealing must be done by your supplier or decorator.
Yes — removal is included. Disposal can be added for a small fee.
Typically 1–2 hours per door depending on the door type, hardware, and adjustments required. We’ll give you an estimated fitting duration along with your price.
Yes — we fit new doors into most existing frames. If your frames are damaged or not square, we’ll advise you during the survey.
Yes — primed and unfinished doors must be painted by your decorator or supplier to ensure proper protection.
